WRCC holds a variety of group fitness classes catered to helping you achieve your goals of a stronger healthier you! The No Excuse November Challenge is here to test your commitment and break through those excuses that may be holding you back. All that is required of you, is to make it to 3 classes a week or 12 classes by Nov. 27th! Three hours out of your 168 hours a week. YOU CAN DO IT!Included in your registration:

1st Annual back-to-back class challenge "Burn OFF the Bird" group fitness event!
Join our motivating instructors for a marathon of fitness classes! All classes will be 45 minutes in length, totaling a whooping 135 minutes of class time spent torching those calories! Come ready to build strength in our Kettlebells class, test your endurance with Cycle OR Oula and end your marathon with Yoga! Following Yoga turn in your “Burn off the Bird” punch cards, grab a recovery drink and snack while we draw prizes from our sponsors for all your hard work! A mixture of barbell & dumbbell weight training; a class with an emphasis on muscle development and definition. Combined with motivating music and knowledgeable instructors, you'll be sculpting a lean body and reaping the benefit of strength training all in one!
Oula merges high-intensity cardio with easy-to-follow choreography, mindfulness practices, and a culture of inclusivity — all to an energetic pop soundtrack. Every Oula class empowers participants to challenge their bodies and process their emotions through music, movement, and, most importantly, a community connection.
