1st Annual back-to-back class challenge "Burn OFF the Bird" group fitness event!
Join our motivating instructors for a marathon of fitness classes! All classes will be 45 minutes in length, totaling a whooping 135 minutes of class time spent torching those calories! Come ready to build strength in our Kettlebells class, test your endurance with Cycle OR Oula and end your marathon with Yoga! Following Yoga turn in your “Burn off the Bird” punch cards, grab a recovery drink and snack while we draw prizes from our sponsors for all your hard work! Let’s burn off those Thanksgiving indulgences together!!
