Renovation Schedule | 2025-2026
The West River Community Center (WRCC) will be undergoing important renovations to keep our facility in excellent condition for years to come. Please know that the renovation schedule will be very fluid and will change as needed. The WRCC staff will do its best in keeping this page updated as the projects proceed. Tentative Renovation Schedule
12/1/25 – WOMEN’S LOCKER ROOM – CLOSED
The Women’s Locker Room is CLOSED with an expected reopening on Monday, January 19. We will be strategically working on specific locker rooms and restrooms sequentially to maintain access throughout the renovation process.
12/10/25 – UPDATE: Women’s locker room demo has been completed, with locker room still on track to be completed January 19. At that time, the men’s locker room will be closed for renovations.
1/19/26 – MEN’S LOCKER ROOM – CLOSED (anticipated start date)
- MEN’S LOCKER MEMBERSHIPS:
- All men’s locker members are asked to clear out their lockers by Jan. 18. During the renovation period, you may choose one of the following options:
- Clean out your locker and store your items elsewhere until the locker room reopens, or
- Reserve a hallway locker for you to use temporarily. You may place your lock on the assigned hallway locker for the duration of the renovation – This must be assigned in advance – please call or stop into the admin office for your locker assignment – 701-456-2074.
WATCH FOR UPDATES!
Watch for renovations throughout the building that include lighting replacements, men’s locker room, family locker room, upstairs restrooms, lobby restrooms and lobby renovations.
Other renovations you can expect in 2026 are a replacement of the Leisure Pool play structure and Leisure Pool flooring, new HVAC controllers, and new carpet throughout the facility.
