Complete a New Client Packet

The WRCC front desk staff is happy to provide New Client Packet upon request and answer any questions to the best of their abilities. Carefully complete and return the packet to a staff member and we will contact you within three business days after the packet has been received.

Step 2
Schedule a Consultation

New clients pay a one-time fee of $25.00 for an initial consultation with our licensed professional staff. No commitment. After that you are free to schedule sessions, purchase a package, or simply decide if our services are not for you. If you purchase a package at the end of your consultation we will waive the $25.00 fee as an incentive for signing up

Signing up for WRCC Personal Training & Dietitian Services begins your journey towards a more fit, healthy, and well version of yourself. Once your plan has been chosen, our staff will help you schedule sessions and keep you on a clear path to meet your goals. Invest in yourself and start working with us today.

ALL PACKAGES ARE CUSTOMIZABLE

“Get Started” is the perfect package for anyone who is new to our personal training and dietitian program. Our professional staff will help you set goals and take the first steps in your journey towards becoming a more fit, healthy, and well version of yourself. These sessions do not expire. The 8 week written program will be provided to the client after all sessions have been completed.

Package Includes:

• 1 Consult
• 3 Personal Training Sessions or 3 Dietitian Sessions (60 Minutes Each)
• 8 Week Program

“Wellness” is a package for those who are looking to achieve and maintain a holistic lifestyle. Our professional staff will guide you in your dietary needs and create a fitness plan that is right for you. This package takes a balanced and steady approach towards reaching your health and wellness goals. In order to maximize results this 8 week program must be completed within a 10 week time period.

Package Includes:

• 1 Consult
• 1 Dietitian Session (60 Minutes)
• 16 Personal Training Sessions (2 Sessions /Per Week/30 Minutes Each)
• 8 Week Program

“Custom” is a package that has something for everyone. Let our professional staff work with you one-on-one to curate a plan that will ultimately help you achieve your fitness, health, and wellness goals. Custom packages are built with a minimum of five (60 minutes) sessions. Additional sessions may be added. These sessions do not expire. Sessions can be a mixture of a dietitian and personal training.

• 1 Consult
• 5 Dietitian or Personal Training Sessions (60 Minutes Each) (Can Be Modified To 30 Minute Sessions) (Additional Sessions Can Be Added)
• 8 Week Program

“Prenatal” is a package that can be customized for all trimesters. Stay fit, healthy and well all the way through your pregnancy with a blend of our dietary and fitness sessions. Put your mind to ease and let our professional staff create a safe and beneficial program for you and your baby. This 12 week program does not expire and is formulated with a flexible schedule.

• 1 Consult
• 2 Dietitian Sessions (60 Minutes Each )
• 24 Personal Training Sessions (2 Sessions /Per Week/30 Minutes Each)
• 12 Week Program 

Single Session | 30 minutes

Five Sessions | 30 minutes each

Ten Sessions | 30 minutes each

Twenty Sessions |30 minutes each

Group Sessions | 2 clients for 30 minutes

DIETITIAN SERVICES

Everyone can benefit from having their diet looked over or “tuned up.” Did you know that about 80% of the equation in weight loss and weight maintenance is how well you eat?  Your diet plays a huge part in how well you feel and in your quality of life.

 

Here are 10 reasons why someone might want to make an appointment with a dietitian:

 

  • Need help losing or gaining weight.  We can help meet your weight goals in a healthy and balanced manner.
  • Have digestive problems or allergies.  We will help with planning meals and snacks that meet your needs when discovering that you can no longer eat some of the foods you used to.
  • You’re pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or breastfeeding.  We will help ensure that you’re getting proper nutrition for yourself and your baby.
  • You have picky family members (i.e. children, spouse).  We will help come up with family friendly meals and snacks.
