Annual

WRCC offers annual memberships that can be paid in full or by automatic monthly payments. Memberships include gymnasiums, indoor & outdoor pools, playground, track, fitness areas, racquetball, climbing wall, tennis & group fitness classes.

  • Adult (19+) – $470 
  • Youth (2-18) – $370 
  • College Student – $385
  • Senior (60+) – $425 

Family – The 1st adult is full price ($470) and each additional family member is 1/2 price (i.e. 2 adults and 2 children = $1,075/annual). 

NOTES:

  • A family is a married couple or an adult and their dependents up to the age of 24.
  • Monthly payment is an option for annual memberships only. Payment must be an electronic funds transfer (EFT) from checking account or credit card.

1 & 3 Month

WRCC offers 1-month and 3-month memberships.  Membership must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

1-MONTH MEMBERSHIP

  • All Ages (2+) – $55

3-MONTH MEMBERSHIP

  • Adult (19+) – $140 
  • Youth (2-18) – $105 
  • Senior (60+) – $130 

*Family rate:  1st adult full price; each additional family member half price.

College

The WRCC offers annual and semester passes for all college students. A valid college I.D. is required at time of purchase.

Annual – $385

*Semester – $145 

Spring Semester: January 1st to May 15th
Fall Semester: August 20th to December 31st

*In agreement with Dickinson State University, all on-campus students will receive a membership to WRCC (included in your semester fees).

Available for full facility access with the exception of daycare, tanning, and golf simulator.

These punch cards are used as a fast and easy way to use the daycare without having to do a payment transaction each visit.

Towel Service

Annual Towel Service

$35.00

This is an optional service for members. Service is good for one calendar year (January – December).

Requirements:

  • Members with this service will need to have a sticker on their member key tag to receive a towel indicating that they have paid for the service.
  • Members will receive one towel each time they visit the facility.
  • Towels must be dropped in a laundry receptacle after each use. Towels are not allowed to be taken outside the facility.

Cancellation Request

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you wish to terminate your membership, we require you to do so at least 7 business days before the last day of the month.  We require all cancellations in writing by submitting the request form below or by signing a cancel form at the administrative office.  If you fail to submit the required form 7 business days before the last day of the month, you will be liable for the next month’s payment.  There is a $25 cancellation fee when membership is terminated.

Once the request form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation within 2 business days (Mon-Fri).  Please do not assume your membership is cancelled – if you do not receive a confirmation by email, please call our office at 701-456-2074.

Corporate Rates

WRCC offers a discount to companies with employees wanting to purchase a membership.  These rates are available on annual packages only and each individual must be a year-round benefited employee.  Please call our Membership Services Specialist at 701-456-2074 for more information.

10% discount on 5 or more employees
15% discount on 10 or more employees
20% discount on 15 or more employees
5% additional discount for corporate payroll deduction

OTHER WAYS TO GET THE DISCOUNT

For companies who don’t qualify by number of employees, you have the option of paying an annual upgrade fee which in turn gives your employees a discount. Ask us for details.

Fitness Incentive Programs

GET HEALTHY & GET REWARDED!

Fitness Incentive Program Information for eligible members with one of the below insurance partners:

Please go online to your Fitness Reimbursement Portal so you may receive your reimbursement when all requirements are met.

  1. Go to NIHCArewards.org
  2. Go to “MEMBERS Options”
  3. Click on “First Time Enrollment”  (you must meet all requirements and be a paid member of this facility)
  4. Please select your insurance company
  5. Enter the zip code of your facility to find your location.
  6. Click “Enroll Online”, this will prompt you to complete a series of detail needed to complete the online enrollment.
  7. Please read your insurance information before enrolling in Fitness Discounts.
  8. You will need to fill in the blanks for “Member Enrollment” & Submit.
  9. If you do NOT update your information (i.e. subscriber ID, Group ID, Dependent ID, bank information, etc.) and you have not completed your program requirements (i.e. workouts/check-ins, health assessment, etc.) you will NOT receive your reimbursement.
  10. Please continue to log back into the NIHCArewards.org (once you have set up your account, go into “Already Enrolled” for your workout and reimbursement history.  Always be sure to update and edit your profile with any changes that is pertinent for your reimbursement.

Medicare Fitness Programs

RENEW ACTIVE
The gold standard in Medicare fitness programs for body and mind. With Renew Active you will receive a gym membership, an online brain health program and access to local health and wellness events exclusively with UnitedHealthcare Medicare plans, at no additional cost.

SILVERSNEAKERS
SilverSneakers is a health and fitness program designed for adults 65+ that’s included with many Medicare Plans. SilverSneakers members can:

  • Go to thousands of gyms, community centers, and other participating fitness locations across the nation.
  • Take fun exercise classes designed for seniors of all fitness levels and led by trained instructors.
  • Access an on-demand video library of classes and workouts.
  • Download the SilverSneakers GO app to get your digital membership card and workouts
  • Find a friendly, supportive community in person and online.

The goal? To help you stay strong in body, mind, and spirit. Regular physical activity keeps your heart, brain, bones, muscles, and joints healthy. If you have a chronic condition like arthritis, diabetes, or osteoporosis, safe exercise can help you feel better. Plus, staying social is vital to good health.

SILVER & FIT
The Silver and Fit exercise and healthy-aging program is provided by American Specialty Health. Silver and Fit is a fitness program designed specifically for older adults. You may get access to Silver and Fit as a Medicare beneficiary through many insurance companies’ Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. Silver&Fit is a comprehensive health and wellness program that offers participants an extensive Fitness Center network or a Home Fitness program to help older Americans stay healthy as they grow older. Several online features such as a resource library, mobile app, and more can also be accessed for even greater value.

  • Specific Silver&Fit benefits include:
    Strength and body conditioning classes with local fitness centers
  • Home fitness kits
  • A digital resource library with videos, articles, other educational materials.
  • Social support and community activities to encourage social involvement
  • Participation in activities such as archery, hiking, gardening, volunteering, and many more.

Child Care – $5/hour 1st child | $2.50/hour additional children

Golf Room

Simulator – $8/person/hour (deduct $1/person/hour for each addt’ user up to 4 people)

Golf Driving Cage – $2/person/half hour

Golf Club Rental – $2/set

Kids Fit – $4 drop-in

Playground – $5 drop-in

Tanning Beds – $4 + tax

Tennis Ball Machine – $5/hour or $7.50/ 1.5 hours

Towels – $1/per towel

Locker Rentals

WRCC offers multiple locker membership options. These memberships must be paid in full at time of purchase. Daily lockers are available for no charge (locks not provided and must be removed each day).
