Age Guidelines: All classes are for ages 14+ (unless specified). Ages 12-13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Wellness near the Water
Come sweat it out with us in an outdoor Bootcamp at Patterson Lake! Will it be hill sprints or sand sprints? Push-ups off the playground equipment or burpees in the grass? Whatever it is, you'll leave knowing you earned yourself a sweet summer treat!

Summer is back! Join us as we kick off the summer season with 3 sessions of sweat, fun, and friends on the field at Biesiot Activities Center (BAC).

Heart & Sole
Walking is one of best exercises older adults can do for balance, cardiovascular health, and weight loss. Walking can also boost your mood and increase your energy, stamina, and memory. We invite all adults 60+ to join us on a walk with a planned route, a predetermined pace, with a set time period. Your instructor will guide you through a warm up before as well as a post walk stretch. All levels are welcome.
Program is offered June, July & August on Thursdays at 9:00 am at the Leisure Park Trail - located around the West River Community Center.

Walkers & Waddlers
While a walk may not seem like much to many, a walk’s physical and mental health benefits are numerous, especially for parents and guardians of children. This is a walking group aiming to help navigate the always winding road of being a parent or care giver through fellowship and focus on overall health. Bring your littles and come make a new friend while taking a guided walk with one of our instructors. All grown-ups and littles are welcome. No pets allowed.
DAYS/TIME: June, July and August on Tuesdays 9:00 am and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm.
LOCATION: Patterson Lake Recreation Area Play & Fitness Pod (bumblebee theme).

Athletic Training Club
A next level group training program designed to improve strength and athleticism. Program will be formatted to all ability levels and will take place in our new WRCC private personal training space. Hour classes will combine strength, metabolic conditioning, and mobility training while also providing a community atmosphere and personalized interaction with one of our certified personal trainers.

Summer Bingo Walking Challenge
Join us for a a fun walking challenge during the month of June and play BINGO at the same time!
REQUIREMENTS:
Bingo participants must register at the front desk to receive a Bingo Card. Registration is FREE for members.
Participants will be responsible for marking their own squares with honesty.

Taekwondo
This is a great introduction to Taekwondo. Kicks, punches and sparring movement and forms are taught. Our classes are a great way to get into shape and more than the average "gym" workout. Classes are fun, yet physically and mentally challenging. You do not have to be in shape to start. Come and reduce stress, build confidence, improve your health and positively impact every area of your life. Adult and children ages 5-14 are welcome. Ages 5-14 must be with a participating adult.

SilverSneakers Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the participant depending on their fitness level and abilities. -Beginner-Intermediate
