Overview
This indoor cycle class incorporates all aspects of cycling, but with a twist! The class is divided into intervals of cardio on the bike; resistance training for the upper and lower body, and of course, core work. Expect a full body workout!

Wall Pilates
In this variation of traditional Pilates, you press up against a wall (with your feet, arms, back or side) to practice squats, planks, etc. using the wall and your body weight to add resistance gravity.

Pilates consists of moving through a series of slow sustained exercises using abdominal controls and proper breathing. Pilates is great for improving stability, balance, strength and control.
