Overview

Welcome to the Muddy in Six Weeks Challenge! This is a "Muddy 4 A Cause" race prep challenge. Race day is Saturday, June 21.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Entry fee must be paid to participate (fee includes Mud Run Shirt, Socks, Bandana/Sweatbands).
  • Attend 3 group fitness classes per week.
  • Run/walk 3-4 miles per week.
  • Attend at least 1 "Private Saturday Cardio & Strength" day classes.
    (May 24th or June 7th - Private Saturdays)
  • All class spaces on Stamp Card must be stamped by the class instructor.
  • Weekly raffles.
  • Grand Prize raffle for perfect attendance.
