Walking is one of best exercises older adults can do for balance, cardiovascular health, and weight loss. Walking can also boost your mood and increase your energy, stamina, and memory. We invite all adults 60+ to join us on a walk with a planned route, a predetermined pace, with a set time period. Your instructor will guide you through a warm up before as well as a post walk stretch. All levels are welcome.
Program is offered June, July & August on Thursdays at 9:00 am at the Leisure Park Trail - located around the West River Community Center.
