This is a great introduction to Taekwondo. Kicks, punches and sparring movement and forms are taught. Our classes are a great way to get into shape and more than the average "gym" workout. Classes are fun, yet physically and mentally challenging. You do not have to be in shape to start. Come and reduce stress, build confidence, improve your health and positively impact every area of your life. Adult and children ages 5-14 are welcome. Ages 5-14 must be with a participating adult. -All Levels

A mixture of barbell & dumbbell weight training; a class with an emphasis on muscle development and definition. Combined with motivating music and knowledgeable instructors, you'll be sculpting a lean body and reaping the benefit of strength training all in one! -All levels

Oula merges high-intensity cardio with easy-to-follow choreography, mindfulness practices, and a culture of inclusivity — all to an energetic pop soundtrack. Every Oula class empowers participants to challenge their bodies and process their emotions through music, movement, and, most importantly, a community connection. -All levels

Training includes dynamic moves that target endurance, strength, balance, and cardio endurance. Kettlebell workouts are popular for their challenging and efficient use of one piece of equipment. -All levels.

Originated in Brazil, the Zumba class uses Latin and international music to create sequences that are easy to follow and fun to do. This is a fun and energizing class! -All levels.

Yoga is perfect for anyone, at any age, and for any body type. Yoga offers low impact stretching sequences that work to increase flexibility of the muscles.  The breath is utilized to clear the mind and relax the body. Instruction is given on how to make the pose work best for you. -All Levels

The TRX Suspension Trainers offer the ultimate full body workout. You control the intensity and the resistance of each exercise. The class incorporates cardio & strength training. -All Levels

STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
