No Excuse November Challenge
There is no better time to put your excuses aside and get a hold of your fitness goals. WRCC holds a variety of group fitness classes catered to helping you achieve your goals of a stronger healthier you! The No Excuse November Challenge is here to test your commitment and break through those excuses that may be holding you back. All that is required of you, is to make it to 3 classes per week or 14 total classes by Nov. 30th! YOU CAN DO IT!
Included in your registration:
• Long sleeved shirt
• No Excuse Stamp Card (to keep track of all your classes)
• End of the month drawing for prizes
• Bring a friend, receive an extra entry for the drawing!

Muscle Factory
A mixture of barbell & dumbbell weight training; a class with an emphasis on muscle development and definition. Combined with motivating music and knowledgeable instructors, you'll be sculpting a lean body and reaping the benefit of strength training all in one!

Oula
Oula merges high-intensity cardio with easy-to-follow choreography, mindfulness practices, and a culture of inclusivity — all to an energetic pop soundtrack. Every Oula class empowers participants to challenge their bodies and process their emotions through music, movement, and, most importantly, a community connection.

Kettlebells
Training includes dynamic moves that target endurance, strength, balance, and cardio endurance. Kettlebell workouts are popular for their challenging and efficient use of one piece of equipment.

Originated in Brazil, the Zumba class uses Latin and international music to create sequences that are easy to follow and fun to do. This is a fun and energizing class!

Yoga
Yoga is perfect for anyone, at any age, and for any body type. Yoga offers low impact stretching sequences that work to increase flexibility of the muscles. The breath is utilized to clear the mind and relax the body. Instruction is given on how to make the pose work best for you. -All Levels

TRX Strength
The TRX Suspension Trainers offer the ultimate full body workout. You control the intensity and the resistance of each exercise. The class incorporates cardio & strength training. -All Levels

Strong Nation
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

SilverSneakers Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the participant depending on their fitness level and abilities. -Beginner-Intermediate
